    Take out  medical insurance before you come. The costs of necessary treatment
    soon mounts up, whether in State run hospitals or private clinic, I repeat, take out
    medical insurance. 
    Most doctors on the island speak good English, as they will have been trained
    abroad in an English speaking country or an Eastern ex Soviet block country. You will find them in the
