Village House in Pentakomo - SOLD This house is situated in the village of Pentakomo, not far from the coast and very convenient to Limassol, the construction is of stone with the exterior walls in excess of 600mm thick original construction some 150 - 200 years ago. It was completely refurbished in 1993/4 by the present owner.Originally two buildings on three plots, these were combined in 1993 to make one registered plot and the title deeds are available to the purchaser.
The courtyard is the hub around which all else happens in Cyprus, and what better place to spend your days in privacy and sunshine.. The yard is fully enclosed with one Outbuilding (Shed).
